- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 2 teaspoons minced onion ,dry
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven at 375º
- Combine all of the ingredients together, mix well.
- Shape into small ball size meatballs and place on a large baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the meatballs are well done.
