  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. In a large bowl combine, all dry ingredients.
  3. Stir in blueberries.
  4. Add butter, almond milk, egg, and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.


  5. Turn the dough out onto a surface lightly dusted with Carbquik. 

  6. Coat the dough with Carbquik and gather into a ball. 

  7. Divide the dough into 8 balls.

  8. Shape dough into a triangular shape.

  9. Place on a greased cookie sheet.
  10. Bake for 12-18 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
