- Preheat oven at 375F.
- In a medium bowl combine the flour, baking powder and salt, mix well.
Place the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Stir and microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute more.
Add the heavy cream, shredded cheese, and eggs to the flour mix.
- Lightly dust flour on a work surface and remove dough from the bowl, knead the dough for about 30 seconds.
Divide the dough in to 6, then Roll into an inch thick rope shape, join the two ends to form bagels.
Sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning on top of the bagels
- Bake on top of an oven rack for about 25 minutes or until fully baked.
- Cool, then serve.
